Before starting the firm in 2011, Ilya was an associate at Proskauer Rose, where his practice included complex patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters for Fortune 1000 media, content, and technology companies.
Ilya is a graduate of Yale University and NYU School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Andrew focuses the core of his practice on trademark, copyright, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, false advertising, and trade secrets. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products.
Before starting the firm, Andrew was an attorney at Proskauer Rose and Kilpatrick Townsend, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.
Andrew is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Michigan School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jordan advises small businesses and creative professionals in commercial and intellectual property matters and all facets of dispute resolution. He works with authors, artists, and media organizations, and as a litigator has represented and been adverse to some of the nation's largest companies and financial institutions.
Previously, Jordan worked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Victor Marrero in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jordan also has extensive public interest and human rights experience, and lived in South India as a William J. Clinton Fellow, researching allegations of torture committed during the government's decade-long hunt for a notorious forest bandit.
Jordan is a graduate of Wesleyan University and NYU School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
